Rhythm Brothers

The third performance in the Voyager Center Stage Entertainment Series was held on February 13.  The Rhythm Brothers group is made up of Doug Mattocks-banjo and rhythm guitar, Raul Reynoso - acoustic jazz guitar, Kenny Blackwell - mandolin and Westy Westenhofer - base and tuba. If you are not turned on by Swing, Bluegrass, Classical, Western, Dixieland or Jazz perhaps you would have enjoyed the "Battle of Banjos" played with 4 string and 5 string banjo parts played by Doug on one banjo! Or how about Westy playing the William Tell Overture on a tuba with no tuba?  Don't ask, you had to have been there. It was AWESOME!!!
