Just like last year, it rained again on our Volunteer Picnic. This year we had a special recognition for Vince Dosert who is leaving for greener or snowier pastures. There are few people who have made a greater impact on life here at Voyager than Vince. We wish Vince and Alma well and look forward to their visits in the future.
