The Voyager Villa is 1,244 sq feet of luxury living, with two bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, laundry room, well-equipped kitchen w/breakfast nook and pantry, and living/dining area.

*There will be a $100 cleaning fee charged per stay for pets in unit.

Rental Fee Includes:

·        Electric, gas, basic cable TV, water, sewer, local phone, complete kitchens and linens, etc.

Charge for more than two occupants:

·        Additional charge for more than two persons is $2.00 per day per person.  No more than four persons per unit.

Reservations and security deposits:

·        Reservations may be made with a deposit of $1,000.00 for a monthly reservation.  The deposit is refundable if written notice is received 30 days prior to beginning date (less $25.00 administrative fee).  Total rent must be paid upon arrival.  A major credit card must be on file at the time of check-in, otherwise a check in the amount of $750.00 is required as a security deposit.

·        Pets are permitted in some rentals, with $100 cleaning fee charged per stay.

·        Smoking in any rental unit is strictly prohibited.
