A fun, non-impact co-ed aerobic exercise that tones and shapes, using water resistance to increase the heart rate. It is a good class for beginners and a challenging class for the advanced exerciser. |

Lap swimming is sustained swimming exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes. During certain times of day the large pool is scheduled for lap swimmers only. |
