The music of the late John Denver is like an old friend, outlasting trends and standing the test of time.  Join acclaimed performer Jim Curry for this tribute to the music of one of the most beloved singer/songwriters ever to grace the stage.  Tribute artist Jim Curry, whose voice was heard in the CBS-TV movie Take Me Home: The John Denver Story, has performed Denver’s music in sold out shows throughout the country and has emerged as today’s top performer of Denver’s vast legacy of multi-platinum hits.

All aboard for this brand new tribute to the variety show that rode the rails from coast to coast to every stop in between! Join us as we salute the iconic live legacy of Johnny Cash and the rhythmic revelry of his razor-sharp band of famous family and friends. Starring Robert Shaw and the Lonely Street Band, we’ll explore the many musical collaborations from the “Man in Black,” the Carter Family, Carl Perkins and even tunes from his critically acclaimed American Recordings sessions.

30th  MacDougal Street West       The Peter, Paul & Mary Experience
Recreating the wonderful songs, harmonies, and humor of a Peter, Paul & Mary concert.  MacDougal Street West is not a GPS location but a reference to the 60’s.  It’s where the beloved folk group Peter, Paul, and Mary was formed.  You will be singing along to such classics as “Blowin’ in the Wind”, “If I Had a Hammer”, “Leavin’ on a Jet Plane”,  and many more!

6th    Michael Paul      Comedian, Ventriloquist, Actor
Philly native, Michael Paul began his career in local television at age 16. Sustaining a 25-year comedy career, he honed his craft touring with such names as James Brown, Lisa Lampanelli, Wynonna, Joan Rivers and Don Rickles to become a headliner in over 40 countries along with television credits on The Tonight Show and Saturday Night Live and a film career that includes 27 Dresses, The Ten and voiceover work for Pixar, Jim Henson Productions, and Disney.

13th Linda Ronstadt Tribute   Starring Laura Berger
A native of Tucson, Arizona, Linda Ronstadt is recognized as one of the most important and popular interpretive singers of the ’70s, having earned a succession of platinum-selling albums and chart-topping singles.  Featuring a beautiful selection of Linda’s biggest rock hits from the 70’s, her alternative country hits, big band/jazz songs, and her softer 80’s rock ballads, this show will have you singing and swaying along, as you are dazzled by the velvety voice of Laura Berger. 20th  The Diamonds   Doo Wop Hall of Famers
1957 THE DIAMONDS released an instant million selling hit called “Little Darlin”.  The song continues to sell worldwide and has been dubbed “the National Anthem of Rock and Roll”. To date it has sold approximately 20 million copies. The Diamonds are one of the heartiest groups from the 50s to outlast their era in the sense that they still maintain their original sound and have some long standing members.

27th  The Brothers Four   Perfect Harmony of Folk Hits
Now proudly celebrating their Golden Anniversary, the smooth, musical sounds of The Brothers Four have delighted millions for five exciting decades. Folk songs from America, Ireland, Scotland, Africa, Japan and China round out a repertoire of acoustic tunes old and new. During his 50 years in the music business, Campbell released more than 70 studio albums and sold 45 million records worldwide.  He placed a total of 80 different songs on either the Billboard Country Chart, Billboard Hot 100, or Adult Contemporary Chart, of which 29 made the top 10 and nine reached number one on at least one of those charts. Among Campbell’s hits are “Gentle on My Mind,” “By the Time I Get to Phoenix,” “Wichita Lineman,” “Dreams of the Everyday Housewife,” “Galveston,” “Rhinestone Cowboy,” and “Southern Nights.”

Wildcat Jazz has been planting smiles on faces since 2004 with a unique blend of impeccable musicianship, traditional music and slapstick humor. Founded by New Christie Minstrels veteran Rob Wright and his roster of world-class musicians, Wildcat Jazz has gained global recognition for their free-wheeling mix of well known jazz favorites, tongue-in-cheek originals and Dixieland staples.  Also featured is the dazzling footwork of ballroom dancers Dabney and Karen Hopkins performing the Charleston, Balboa, Shag, Shimmy, Lindy Hop and more.
